Two REALTORS reviewing plans together in front of a new-construction model home
For REALTORS®

Bring your buyer to Copper Heights

Kaz is Terrata Homes' on-site sales counselor at Copper Heights. If you're a licensed REALTOR® whose client is shopping new construction in Milwaukie, register your buyer with Kaz before the first sales-office visit and the builder pays the published co-op commission to your brokerage at close.

Why pre-register

Procuring cause, locked in

  • Representation preserved. Pre-visit registration in writing means the builder logs your buyer to your brokerage. No "sign-in sheet ate my commission" stories.
  • Full co-op paid by the builder. Terrata pays the published co-op directly to your brokerage at close. Kaz doesn't take a cut.
  • Direct line into the community. Kaz is the on-site sales counselor — your single point of contact for plans, lot availability, design-center options, and current incentives.
  • Tour at your buyer's pace. Once registration is on file, your buyer can tour the community on their own schedule. You don't have to attend every visit.
How it works

From registration to close

  1. You have a buyer interested in Copper Heights (or weighing it against other Portland-metro new-construction communities).
  2. You fill out the agent registration form with your buyer's name, contact, and expected visit window — or send Kaz a direct email.
  3. Kaz logs the registration in Terrata's system, in writing, per the community's specific process.
  4. Kaz sends you the registration confirmation, current co-op terms, and any pre-visit paperwork the builder requires.
  5. Your buyer tours Copper Heights with you (or on their own, once registered). Kaz is on-site for plans/pricing questions.
  6. At close, the builder pays your brokerage the published co-op commission directly.
