The terms for outside REALTORS® bringing buyers to Terrata Homes' Copper Heights community in Milwaukie, Oregon. Verify specifics with Kaz at the time of registration — builders modify terms without public notice.

Copper Heights — Terrata Homes (LGI family)

  • On-site representation: Karena Kaz Arianna-Zhian (the Terrata sales counselor for this community)
  • Sales office: 15205 SE Copper Heights Way, Milwaukie OR 97267 · open 7 days/week, 10 AM–6 PM · (833) 322-8881
  • Registration method: Through Kaz, in writing, before the buyer's first sales-office visit. LGI-family builders are strict on this.
  • Registration window: First-visit registration enforced. Adding outside representation after a solo visit is generally not granted by Terrata.
  • Co-op commission: Per Terrata's published co-op schedule. Confirm the specific amount at registration — terms vary by phase and by current inventory pressure.
  • Tour without registered agent present: Permitted once registration is confirmed in writing. The buyer can walk Copper Heights on their own schedule; Kaz handles the model walkthrough as the on-site counselor.
  • Cross-brand note: Terrata is part of the broader LGI Homes family. If your buyer has previously toured an LGI-branded community without you, ask Kaz to check whether that prior activity affects representation at Copper Heights.
